Bella Salon and Spa Policies
SERVICE GUARANTEE & PAYMENT POLICY
Please notify Bella Salon and Spa within one (1)
week of service date with any problem and/or concerns regarding your service. We
will gladly correct problems, as refunds will not be given. Full payment is
expected the same day your service is provided. We have a $25.00 service charge
on all returned checks. No cash refunds are given on gift certificates or retail
products.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION policy
After three (3) non-emergency cancellations and/or
no-shows Bella Salon and Spa request that you guarantee any future appointments
with a credit card. A 50% charge for schedule service will be applied to any
non-emergency cancellation and/or no-show appointments that have been guaranteed
with a credit card.
SPA PACKAGE POLICY
Because your spa package appointments are reserved
specifically for you, we request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations to avoid
a 50% charge for cancelled services and/or loss of gift certificate value.
CHILDREN POLICY
Bella Salon and Spa wants to provide a relaxed and
enjoyable atmosphere for all of their clients. Due to safety and insurance
concerns, we ask that children only be in the salon when they have an
appointment.
