SPA SERVICE INFORMATION

Arrival– All new clients please arrive 15 min. prior to your appointment start time so you can relax and fill out required client questionnaire.

Punctuality– We understand circumstances arise that may delay our arrival. However, in some cases it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your service.

No Show– after 3 non-emergency no shows, we request that you guarantee any future appointment with a credit card.

Teens and Children– must have a parent or guardian over 18 present during the service.

Personal items– most spa services require the removal of all jewelry and some clothing. (Bella is not responsible for lost or damaged items)

Hair services- if you would like your hair refreshed with a shampoo and style, please ask for an appointment to be scheduled after your spa service. Additional cost will apply.

Body Waxing

Hair length - needs to be at least 1/2 inch in length.

Growth time 2-3 weeks.

Avoid using — Skin creams, lotions, peeling agents, resurfaces, scrubs, tanning beds or sun exposure before a waxing service.

Types of wax used – Hard non-strip wax used for sensitive

skin and Brazilian waxing. Soft or cream strip wax is used for most waxing services.

All new client - Please arrive 10 min. before your appointment start time to complete health form.

Body Treatments

Please remember to avoid shaving or waxing 2-3 days before your schedule body treatment.

Please let our staff know before your scheduled appointment if you have any allergies or health conditions which could effect your treatment.

Avoid tanning beds or sun exposure before and after your scheduled treatment.

Remember to drink water before and after your body treatment to aid in the detoxification process.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a BIOELEMENTS client questionnaire. Please be aware that this needs completed before a treatment can be started.

Facial treatments

Facials- Rejuvante, encourage cell renewal, stimulate a sluggish circulation, reduce cell build up, relax facial muscles, decongests pores, relieves sinus congestion, reduce puffiness and enrich your complexion with radiant good health. Skin cells rejuvenate every 21-28 days so it makes sense to have a facial every 3 to 4 weeks.

Skin Scoping– Not sure what your skin needs? Spend a fee minutes with your Esthetician to find our what your skin is telling you.

Estheticians tools– High frequency, galvanic current, spray mist, suction or facial brushes may be used during your treatment to enhance your results.

Skin care line– BIOELEMENTS has a wonderful selection of professional skin and body care products available onsite.
