Tammy is a native of Hagerstown
with over 25 year’s of hairdressing experience. Tammy has trained with
many prestigious artists such as Vidal Sassoon, Tony & Guy and Trevor Sorbie in
London and Canada, as well as the Redken Exchange, Tony & Guy and Beth & Carmine
Minardi of New York. Education is a must at Bella Salon and Spa. We
combine the technical knowledge with inspiration & creativity to achieve a
confident, positive self image. At Bella Salon & Spa, Tammy believes
