Upon arrival, please stay in your vehicle and call us at 301-665-1060 to check in for your appointment. Our waiting area is temporarily closed. We will contact you to enter the building
Please leave all belongings in your vehicle and only bring in what you need. Our coat closet and beverage bar are temporarily unavailable. Feel free to bring your own closed container beverage.
No children or friends of guests allowed inside the salon during your appointment.
We may be implementing temperature check using a touch less infrared thermometer. All employee’ temperatures will be checked upon entering the salon. Any employee or guest who has a temperature above 100.1°F will be sent home immediately and unable to return to the salon until they are fever free for 72 hours and no COVID-19 symptoms.
All guests and employees must be wearing a mask that loops behind the ears at all times while inside the salon. If you do not have a mask at your appointment we will provide you one for $2. Please be aware that color may get on your personal mask.
You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival. Follow social distancing at all times. Markers are visible on the floor showing you a safe 6 feet spacing between persons in the salon, except when staff is servicing guests.
If you are sick or have been around anyone who has been ill, you must reschedule your appointment.
We encourage service payment via credit card.
Gratuity may be check or cash placed in provided envelope. Bella has taken extensive sanitation measure to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
