Guidelines for entering Bella Salon and Spa - COVID-19 safety protocols.

Upon arrival to Bella Salon & Spa, we ask that you TEXT the below information to 240-406-9344. 

          Your Name   *   Your Parking Space   *   Your Service Provider

When your service provider is ready you will receive a text back, with instructions on entering.   We will continue to take your temperature and verbally ask you for any changes to your health history before entering.  COVID forms will be emailed to new guests to answer electronically. Should your temperature be 100.4 or more, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.  In the event you do not have texting capabilities, please call Guest Services at 301.665.1060.

If you or your family have traveled in the past 14 days by plane, cruise, train or similar public transport we request that you reschedule.

In order to minimize exposure, only guest with appointments are permitted in our salon & spa.  Children, significant others, family members, etc. will NOT be permitted to accompany you at your appointment unless they too have an appointment.

If you arrive with cold or flu like symptoms, we will need to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Only bring in what you need. Our coat closet, magazine rack and beverage bar are temporarily unavailable. Feel free to bring your own closed container beverage.

All guests and employees must wear a mask that loops behind the ears that covers your nose and mouth at all times while inside the salon.   Please be aware that color may get on your personal mask.

You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival.

Follow social distancing at all times. Markers are visible on the floor showing you a safe 6 feet spacing between persons in the salon, except when staff is servicing guests.

We encourage service payment via credit card.  Gratuity may be check or cash placed in provided envelope.

Bella has taken extensive sanitation measure to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.

Please feel free to contact us with your retail requests so we can have them prepared for your visit or a curbside pickup.
