Starting March 1st, 2025, we will require a debit/credit card on file for all bookings. 💳 This helps ensure a smooth and convenient experience for everyone.

🔹 Credit cards are safe on file in Meevo – Your card info is securely stored, with only a token, expiration date, and last four digits saved. Your actual card data is handled by our trusted processor to protect your privacy.

🔹 Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the services booked.

For example:

◼️ If you book a Women’s Haircut with Amanda (Level 1 stylist) at $42, and you cancel late or don’t show, your card will be charged $21 for the stylist's lost time and opportunity.
